Taking pictures is more than my passion. It’s like flying for a bird. It’s in my nature. I’ve got my first camera when I was 17. After secondary studies at the Kunsthumaniora in Brussels I went to study filmmalking at the Brussels film school Narafi. Up to 2009 I’ve been working as a freelance cameraman for various TV channels and production companies. Next to that I started to photograph for a few Belgian magazines including popular men’s magazine Ché. At the age of 27 I’ve had my first exhibition Intimate which was partly exhibited at the Antwerp Photography museum (FOMU). Women, the most beautiful and intriguing beings to me, are definitely the central theme in my work. I like to capture images with a story and a touch of surrealism.
